Clothing packages
- Mostardi Platt is now purchasing unform clothing through this online store. Each division has a specific allowance of clothing items. You can check with HR if you have questions. Any differences between your order and your allowance will delay your order.
- Any questions regarding your account should be directed to HR first. One Way Safety manages this website for Mostardi Platt and has final decision rights based on how suppliers may handle specific issues.
- All clothing will have the Mostardi Platt logo. Once the logo is added, the merchandise cannot be returned. One Way Safety can ship products to be tried on and the items can then be sent back to have the logo added.
- All orders will be shipped to the address you enter on your order.
- All FR products are NFPA 2112 compliant and must be washed per manufacturer recommendations which are summarized in the Fire Resistant Clothing (FRC)

RETURN PROCESS FOR CREDIT, EXCHANGE, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

- Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization number.
- Your merchandise needs to be returned to One Way Safety, 418 Shawmut Avenue LaGrange, IL 60526 within 60 days of receipt
- You must include the return authorization number with your shipment so we can track the order and return the correct product back to you.
- All returns MUST have no visible extended wear, hair or dirt, never have been laundered/dry cleaned, have all original tags attached and be eligible for re-sale.
- There is no charge to you for returns if they are replaced by another size or style.
- If you receive an item that is defective, the item must be returned to One Way Safety within 30 days of receipt of the defective merchandise. Once the item has been received and deemed defective by the Returns Department, a replacement item can be re-ordered.
- The Defective Merchandise policy applies to ALL merchandise available on the site. All apparel has a manufacturer’s warranty that covers normal wear and tear. If a defect develops outside of normal wear and tear after 30 days, please give us a call to discuss the product and we may be able to get it replaced by the manufacturer.
